Will and Sam's were married at Clearwell Castle, Coleford. The morning started off with a bit of typical English wedding rain; then it brightened up for the afternoon. I've filmed and photographed a few weddings at Clearwell Castle before, so I couldn't wait to go back there again!

Sam and Will had a later ceremony than usual, 4 pm, allowing plenty of time to capture morning preparation. One of my favourite parts of the day is bridal preparation; I enjoy capturing the excitement and anticipation leading up to the main event, the ceremony.

Clearwell is such a pretty venue that coupled with Sam and William's beautiful section of decorations I've struggled to select only a handful of images for this blog post, as you'll see.

I just adore William and Sam's exchange of cheeky grins during the ceremony, as they enjoy the most nerve-wracking and exciting part of their day.

Clearwell Castle has a beautiful room for the civil ceremony that is also used for the wedding breakfast later on. During the ceremony, the rain has stopped, and we were fortunate enough to capture family portraits and couple shots outside before dinner was announced.

I was really pleased with the couple shots considering we almost ran out of time. Clearwell Castle is abundant with beautiful backdrops and idyllic scenery. I enjoyed this wedding so much that I finished editing them while on holiday!
