Frequently Asked Questions

Why should you invest in Heather Bailey?

If you love my style then we're already a good match, right? But there's more ...

I'm not a 'weekend warrior' this is my full-time profession, and I practically eat/breathe/sleep weddings! I've invested years of experience perfecting discreet shooting methods and mastering the flow of a wedding day. I've captured so many weddings that I'm fully prepared (as much as you ever can be) for any and almost every situation. I truly love my job, and to me, my role has no limits. Once the wedding is over, I spend around 40-60 hours on each handcrafted film and photography package so you'll never forget all those timeless moments.

How much do you charge?

We love your films/photos, how do we book you?!

Drop me an email to check that I still have availability on your wedding date.

A £400 booking fee, and a completed booking form are required to secure your wedding date.

Do we need to meet with you before the wedding?

Ideally yes, and of course, I'd love to meet you (zoom/Whatsapp/FaceTime) and get to know you both. It's important to discuss all the details of your day to ensure I capture every moment.  Usually, we arrange a call about 1 month prior to your wedding to discuss final details.

What areas do you cover?

Although I am based near Bath, I shoot weddings across Bristol, Somerset, Devon, Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Gloucestershire and beyond. Travels costs are reasonable so drop me an email - I'd love to venture across the country/world!

What equipment do you use?

I photograph with 2x Sony a7iv's and film with 2x Sony a7siii's as well. I have a collection of Sony G-Master lenses too (top quality stuff!). I have a little drone, audio equipment, and lots of backup gear.

Are you insured?

Yes, I am covered by professional liability insurance and indemnity insurance.
