A wedding, in the summer of 2020? What a delightful surprise this is! Amber and Devan invited me to capture their intimate wedding during the later part of the UK 'lockdown'. They had a civil wedding ceremony at the Mud Dock Cafe close to the Bristol Harbour. I believe their original wedding plans were quite a bit different from their new itinerary, but a lovely celebration for the family all the same.
The ever-changing rules and regulations relevant to the wedding industry during the Covid-19 apocalypse meant that only weddings with 30 or fewer guests (including the photographer) were permitted to take place in the UK. Unfortunately, despite this limited exception, some larger wedding venues have closed until Spring 2021.
However, these rules do not stipulate any limitations on pets, so bring as many as you like ... see below!
"Absolutely perfect and without question would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and fun photographer. We booked with Heather very last minute whilst we were still under some of the wedding lockdown restrictions however this made no difference to our day or our photos. Heather made our day so relaxed and seamless and we had so much fun in the process. We now have the most beautiful photos to remember our day thanks to Heather x"
