Welcome to Beechfield House, Melksham, for Daryl and Ella's wedding! I've not photographed or filmed a wedding at Beechfield House before, and I was looking forward to exploring this new venue. Although it was a bright spring day, we had light showers throughout the day, that's good luck right?! Well luckily, we managed to capture some amazing images despite the showers.
Beechfield House is a beautiful venue, and its abundance of natural light makes for some beautiful morning photos. Ella is incredibly photogenic and a delight to photograph.
Mogwai (boy boy), the family Pug, equipped with his matching suit was most certainly the star guest of the day. I see more and more people bringing their pets to weddings and it they sure do make for cute photographs!
Daryl and Ella had their ceremony and wedding breakfast at Beechfield House, Melksham.
It was so lovely to see Jemima Phillips, an incredibly talented award winning Harpist. Her unique style is truly captivating.
Despite the light rain everyone was happy to come out for a big group photograph followed by the wedding party shots.
The grounds at Beechfield House were beautiful, allowing us to capture some lovely couple shots in-between the showers.
Although it isn't traditional for a Bride to give a speech, it's become more frequent for the Bride to have the last word! Ella gave a beautifully written speech followed by her sister.
Cheese-cake?! My fondness for cheese is no secret and the idea of having cheese wedding cake certainly appeals to me.
We had plenty of time in the evening to pop back outside for some more photographs.
Daryl and Ella surprised their guests with a choreographed first dance. Dancing and a Zumba class followed the first dance! Yes, you heard right, the Bride's sister entertained the dance floor with a Zumba set. Initially, I was shocked, but it turned out to be so much fun for everyone.
