FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why should you invest in Heather Bailey?
If you love my style then we're already a good match, right? But there's more ...
I'm not a 'weekend warrior' this is my full-time profession, and I practically eat/breathe/sleep weddings! I've invested years of experience perfecting discreet shooting methods and mastering the flow of a wedding day. I've captured so many weddings that I'm fully prepared (as much as you ever can be) for any and almost every situation. I truly love my job, and to me, my role has no limits. Once the wedding is over, I spend around 40-60 hours on each handcrafted film and photography package so you'll never forget all those timeless moments.

We love your films/photos, how do we book you?!
Drop me an email to check that I still have availability on your wedding date.
A £300 booking fee and a completed booking form are required to secure your wedding date.
Do we need to meet with you before the wedding?
Ideally yes, and of course, I'd love to meet you and get to know you both. It's important to discuss all the details of your day to ensure I capture every moment. However, I understand that some couple remote plan their wedding and cannot always arrange meetings before their wedding. In this instant, a Skype/FaceTime/telephone conversation or two would suffice. I've captured so many weddings that you could probably blindfold me and drop me at a wedding in a place where I've never been with people I've never met and I would deliver what you see here on my website.
What areas do you cover?
Although I am based near Bath, I shoot weddings across Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire, Devon, Gloucestershire and beyond. Travels costs are reasonable so drop me an email - I'd love to venture across the country/world!
What equipment do you use?
Most women have a shoe or handbag addiction ... I unapologetically enjoy spending all my money on camera equipment.
I shoot with three Sony a7 iii cameras and a collection of G-Master and Zeiss lenses, a couple of tripods, a couple of high-quality microphones (and lots of backup equipment). I have a Sony a7s ii as an additional (backup) camera.
I do not use shoulder-mounts, big gimble equipment or bright on camera lights, after all, it's your wedding day, not an MTV music video!
Are you insured?
Yes, I am covered by professional liability insurance and indemnity insurance.
